Cat's outta the bag

Everyone offically has their invitations. We did not enclose RSVP info mainly because it is a small intimate affair.

 Mothers, Fathers, brothers and sisters. 

Flower boy

Boy, Rafe sure knows his flowers.  We both worked on choosing the centerpieces for the dinner...but Rafe totally is to be credited for putting together the arrangements for the ceremony

Room Key

If you noticed, in your upper pocket of your invitation box, there was a "Greenbrier" fold up map/card.  We did not write your room number down, as this may change upon your check in.  Some of you may request that your room is close to, or on the same floor as others.  They also have adjoining rooms available.  We thought that the card was soooo handy dandy, what with the map and all, plus it has some other helpful info such as check out times. etc. 

Preprations have been made....invitations are printed out....boxes and enclosures assembled.
No doubt you've already received your special invitation.  Now here's some of the same

seed paper

I may be an idiot. we bought recycled paper that has wildflower seeds embedded into it. I printed out the invitations, lodging cards and ceremony info cards...I then proceed to--laminate them.

I know what you're thinking...how will the seeds grow? Well, I guess this goes right along with my black thumb. I stopped myself before I laminated everythng. I've decided to only laminate the lodging card and turn it into a bookmark type thing.

Cripes. They do look pretty snarky...to bad everything needs reprinted because of the date change. Hmmmm perhaps I'll see if they do indeed grow flowers.

Feeding the masses..

ok, so 20 people are not the masses....and yet there are so many factors to consider. We want this to be not just a wedding day, but a celebration of two families coming together. Moco doesnt eat red meat....Toddy & Gary don't eat anything with a fish face....so do we go with the "Chipper Chicken" or what? hahahahahaha.

*slight reference to "Father of the Bride" moment when Steve Martin meets witht he wedding coordinator to negotiate the meal.
